Mindware launches new partner portal
New website to help regional VAD to communicate with partners efficiently
Regional valued-added distributor (VAD) Mindware has unveiled a new website it says will help it to provide comprehensive online resources and tools to its channel partner ecosystem across the Middle East.
According to the company, the new web portal is part of Mindware's strategy that saw it unveil a new logo and app on App Store and Google Play during GITEX Technology Week 2014. The company said the website will also help Mindware to have an integrated platform of communicating with channel partners and their end user clients.
Mario Gay, general manager, Mindware FZ LLC, said the main objective with the new website is to continue on the efficiencies the company has been working on and developed over the last few years.
Gay added that the new website gives Mindware the perfect avenue to provide an integrated communication platform for all its business offerings to channel partners. "The website has everything from product updates, job listings to a dedicated partner portal for resellers where they can login to access a range of information and resources," he said.
He explained that the website offers channel partners a whole new experience in how they communicate and interact with partners across the Middle East. "With the new website, partners will be able to login and check their partner status, check for rebates, incentives, products and other vital information pertinent to their business," he said.
Gay added that channel partner and customers will have instant feeds to all the company's current news, promos and events posted on the portal with a push notification system, which has been embedded to allow closer interactions with Mindware's customer base across the regions.
