Ruckus appoints Al-Jammaz as VAD for KSA
New distribution partnership expands vendor’s reach and support in the region
Ruckus Wireless, a global supplier of advanced wireless systems, has announced that Al-Jammaz Distribution has been appointed as a value-added distributor (VAD) for Saudi Arabia.
In terms of the the partnership, Al-Jammaz will work with its team of resellers to create awareness for Ruckus in the region, fulfill orders through stock availability, manage events to educate resellers on the vendor's products and solutions, and use its sales and technical capabilities to meet customer needs in the region.
Wassim Al Ghalayini, regional manager, KSA at Ruckus Wireless, said the new partnership enables the company to strengthen its position in the market and to cater to a larger customer base. "Al Jammaz has proved that it's a leading distributor in Saudi Arabia with 30 years of experience, success and excellent relationships with resellers," he said.
"Al Jammaz is an important partner for Ruckus and we are pleased to be able to cover the entire KSA region as part of the deal," added Al Ghalayini. "This partnership supports the Ruckus business strategy which consists of enhancing market access in this important region. Ruckus currently has a vendor and reseller (VAR) network of 90 partners with leading names including SBM, BTC, Awal IT and BMNC.

According to Ruckus, it is also conducting formal training programmes for Al-Jammaz in order to educate its teams and provide a clear understanding of the company's products so they can train vendors and resellers across the Kingdom.
