ADSC exhibits e-service for sports pros at GITEX
Abu Dhabi Sports Council participates as part of Abu Dhabi Government stand
The Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC) is participating in GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK as part of the Abu Dhabi Government stand, which houses 22 governmental entities.
ADSC is in charge of sporting matters in the emirate of Abu Dhabi and exhibits under the supervision of the Abu Dhabi Systems and Information Centre (ADSIC), which has been assigned by the General Secretariat of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council to supervise Abu Dhabi’s ICT agenda.
H.E. Aref Hamad Al Awani, ADSC’s General Secretary says: “Taking part in this event within the Abu Dhabi Government Stand with another 22 entities cements the objective of the Abu Dhabi Government to strengthen and enhance intergovernmental co-operation and ties to produce [high-quality] governmental services.”
ADSC will exhibit its Al Momayz service for professional sportspersons. The service combines a number of applications on iPhones, iPads and Android devices, to enable users to remotely access value-added services, including consultation services, certificate requests, human resources and finance services.
The Al Momayz service is part of ADSC’s plans to comply with the nation’s Smart Government project.
Al Awani says the Al Momayz service will save time and effort as users do not have to come in person to finalise the required type of service. Instead, they can simply click on the required type of service to instantly process requests, as all services are remotely accessible through Al Momayz applications.
