Smartworld has unveiled three new IT solutions services at GITEX Technology Week. The new offerings include local cloud computing services, remotely-managed ICT infrastructure and security services, and BizPark solutions. The company says the services will provide small and medium companies at free zones and business incubators in the UAE with all the necessary tools they need to be digitally competitive.
“The new services, presented for the first time, will dramatically change the business model of companies in a way that empowers them to increase their digital competitiveness, improve their productivity, secure their ICT infrastructure and reduce their costs,” says Ahmed Qurram Baig, Senior Director for Corporate Strategy & Excellence, Smartworld.
“Participating in major ICT exhibitions like GITEX highlights our continuous commitment to position ourselves as a world leading digital solutions and service provider.”
Smartworld, established in 2008 as a joint venture between Etisalat and Dubai World Central (DWC) has delivered the IT system at Al Maktoum International Airport. The infrastructure at DWC includes a ‘first-of-its-kind’ Gigabit passive optical network.
