Prestigio announces wearables foray at GITEX
Tantawi: Prestigio has entered the wearables market.

Prestigio, a manufacturer of smartphones, tablets and wearables has made its debut at GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK 2014. The vendor says it is exhibiting its complete range of Windows and Android smartphones and tablets, including its recently unveiled devices equipped with the latest 4.4.2 Android version and the Prestigio Grace Octa core smartphone array.

The company states that it is also exhibiting its smart devices and wearable products
Hesham Tantawi, Vice President, Prestigio Middle East, Turkey and Africa, says Prestigio is looking to expand its business by acquiring new customers and promote its image as one of the biggest players in the mobility segment.

“Throughout GITEX this week, we will be highlighting the entire range of tablets, smartphones, Prestigio Multiboard solutions, home centre wearables and smart health products,” Tantawi says.

Apart from promoting mobile devices, Prestigio is also betting big on its education solutions, Tantawi says.

Dia Hamdan, Marketing Manager, MENA at Prestigio, adds that, as part of the plan at GITEX this year, the company is focused on raising awareness around the Presitigio MultiBoard LED interactive displays and Visconte Windows-based tablet offerings.
