Huawei to focus on 'connected world' at GITEX
China-based solutions firm to demo 'smarter' technologies at week-long expo
Huawei has announced plans to ‘Build a Better Connected World’ at GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK. The company will showcase its latest innovations and demonstrate how technology can help positively impact bottom lines.
“Due to its strategic importance in the region, GITEX provides an important platform for us to demonstrate our expertise in developing smarter technologies and solutions that play a wider role in building a better connected world,” said Dong Wu, President of Huawei, Enterprise Business in the Middle East.
“The event helps us to meet our strategic business goals while strengthening our relationship with top regulators, channel partners, service providers and customers from around the region.”
This year at GITEX, Huawei will show how technology concepts such as software-defined networking (SDN), cloud computing, bring your own device and big data can be used to give regional businesses a real competitive advantage.
Huawei will also demonstrate its wide portfolio of end-to-end products and solutions across its telecoms, enterprise and devices groups, especially with regards to Smart Cities.
