Microsoft Devices introduces new accessories to the UAE
Accessories include headphones, speakers and a USB charger
Microsoft Devices has announced the availability of a variety of new accessories: the Nokia Treasure Tag; the MD-12 speaker; a universal portable USB charger; and Coloud Boom headphones.
"The new accessories help transform your phone into a thumping music centre, allows you to easily re-charge your phone on the go and also keep track of your most important belongings. Our aim is to enhance the experience of consumers with the introduction of these cool new gadgets," said Tarek Zaki, manager, portfolio and product management smart devices. Middle East.
The Nokia Treasure Tag can be attached to valuables and paired with a smart phone via NFC or Bluetooth 4.0. The Treasure Tag app will immediately notify and track a lost valuable using visual and audio guidance, or location data on a map, as far as 40 meters away. Four tags can be paired up simultaneously with one phone, whether it is Windows, IOS, or Android KitKat.
The portable, wireless speaker, MD-12 pairs with Windows, Android, and IOS devices using Bluetooth and NFC, it features an in-built microphone, can be used for VOIP calls, has a long-lasting rechargeable battery and the ability to double up as a speakerphone.
The universal, portable USB charger, DC-19 has a USB cable built-in and is compatible with any phone with a USB port. The cable can be inserted into the smart phone whenever battery top-up is needed and pushed back to turn it off and save energy. The battery status indicator lights up to show users how much power is left in the lightweight accessory and it can be recharged through a USB or wall charger.
The Coloud Boom for Nokia headphones feature a slim design and large earpiece padding for designed for comfort and include a Zoud Lazzo around the flat cord to avoid any tangling issues. They come with an integrated microphone and control key on the cable, for hands-free phone calls and the ability to control music.
