Positions on company's jobs site suggest store could be opening soon

Apple begins hiring for UAE stores
Vacant positions include: Facilities Manager for Middle East, Turkey and Africa; and Senior Managing Producer, Channel - Middle East.

Apple has posted 26 job vacancies online for positions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Among the positions are openings for Facilities Manager for Middle East, Turkey and Africa; Senior Managing Producer, Channel - Middle East; UAE- Manager, UAE - Business Specialist, and UAE store leader.

According to Emirates 24/7, the plan for an exclusive Apple store in the UAE was first revealed when CEO Tim Cook visited Dubai in February this year and met with several key UAE officials and a number of Apple resellers.
 
There is no confirmation on where the Apple store may be opening in the region but rumours suggest that it may be late 2014 or early 2015.
