Distributor to operate as TekVia and focus on addressing security gaps

EMT Distribution enters Latin America market
Mobasseri says TekVia will be based in Argentina.

EMT Holdings, the holding company for VAD EMT Distribution, has expanded its operations beyond Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa with the announcement that it has entered the Latin American market through the incorporation of TekVia.

TekVia will manage and grow the Latin America region and is the latest quest in EMT Distribution's global strategy to provide resellers, distributors and vendors with local pre- and post-sales support.

Mohammad Mobasseri, CEO, EMT Distribution MEA and group Board Member at EMT Holdings, said: " TekVia is incorporated in the USA and will be based in Argentina."

Mobasseri said Cecilia Zuvic, managing partner at TekVia will head a team of security solution experts at the company. He added that along with a team of consultants and engineers, Zuvic will build on EMT's strengths by delivering value-added services to resellers across the Americas.

TekVia will cover Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Columbia, Peru, Chile, Venezuela, Cuba, and Uruguay.
