Fujifilm names new marketing manager
Yuta Kawamura to manage marketing operations in MEA
Fujifilm Corporation, a maker of digital photography and imaging solutions, has appointed Yuta Kawamura as its new marketing manager for the Electronic Imaging Division in the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
The company said Kawamura will be responsible for managing and optimising marketing operations, channelling investments, facilitating retailer-brand relationship and further growing the brand's business and presence across the region.
"A key aspect of my job is to expand the X-Series camera and lens business in the MEA, thereby increasing the company's market share in this geography," said Kawamura.
The company said Kawamura has spent a substantial part of his career proving his mettle in competitive markets and comes to this new role with vast experience across consumer sales in the Japanese market.
