Quantum to unveil a new Retail Partner Programme
Company to train, certify and incentivise retailers across the MEA region
Quantum, the private label brand, which makes tablets, smartphones and notebooks within the BDL Group, has announced that it will soon launch a dedicated Retail Partner Programme for consumer electronics retailers in the MEA geography.
Although details of the programme are still being hammered out, the company says it wants to have a programme for retailers across the region that incentivises and trains their sales staff.
Tamer Ismail, CEO, BDL Group, said the soon to be unveiled partner programme will be linked to the already existing Quantum Academy, an initiative the company is running in partnership with a UK-based university and aims to help train sales personnel, technical and service staff at channel partner companies.
Ismail said the plan to launch the Quantum Retail Partner Programme is borne out of the company's quest to support all channel partners in the region with sales, products and services training. "The partner programme will not only incentivise retailers, but also certify their sales staff," he said.
He explained that the company is committed to growing its business in the region and wants to work with reseller and retail partners that have been empowered through the training initiatives we will be rolling out. "We want to help retailers by enabling their sales teams with training programmes that help them to empower end-user purchasing decisions," he said.
Ismail said empowering partners through training and certification schemes will ensure that the company builds a brand that end-users can trust.
