Genesys prepares for ‘Partner Days’ 2014
Two-day event to share best practices with channel partners across the Middle East
Genesys, a provider of customer experience and contact centre solutions, has announced that it will host its first Genesys Middle East Partner Days 2014 at the JW Marriott Marquis hotel in Dubai from 14th to 15th May.
The two-day event will bring together over 50 decision makers and business leaders of the leading channel partners of Genesys from across the Middle East region. At the event, partners will have a closer look at various solutions and platforms from Genesys designed to build significant competitive advantage for enterprises, reduce customer churn and differentiate their brand from competitors.
