The B2B IT trade fair is part of the DCG's deliberate plan to provide the Dubai channel with a platform where they can maximise the benefits for business expansion and foster alliances among trade members and the UAE SME sector.
The two-day event will be held at Grand Excelsior Hotel (Old Dhow Palace) in Dubai's Bur Dubai business district from 10 AM to 6 PM and will have 30 plus exhibitors showcasing their B2B products and services, and booths covering business advisory, credit insurance and press.
Shailendra Rughwani, president, DCG said: "Our vision is to raise the core competency level of the local IT traders and to ensure that every activity we undertake helps both channel partners and the growth of Dubai as the regional IT hub. This is one step from DCG in the larger leap of Dubai's vision for 2020."
Shailendra thanked Asbis Middle East, a regional distributor and DCG member for supporting the event as the Platinum Sponsor.
Hesham Tantawi, vice president, Asbis Middle East commented: "Asbis will always be taking part in supporting the Dubai Chamber as the incubator for the local channel.
