Derga Consulting, MDS Ap Tech form JV
JV company will provide global expertise and local support to SMEs across the Middle East
Derga Consulting Italy and MDS Ap Tech FZ LLC, part of the Midis Group of companies, have announced a joint venture initiative that will provide an all-round systems approach to integrated and reliable end to end solutions to the SME market.
The partnership covers a wide array of sectors, including ERP, business intelligence, mobility, cloud and in-memory computing.
According to the two companies the JV will operate under the name Derga Consulting Middle East FZ LLC and will be headquartered in Dubai, with additional support offices in Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon.

Derga Consulting Middle East said it will focus on consumer goods, machinery, service companies, chemicals, and utilities, and will provide these industries with templates of ‘best business practices' and ‘preconfigured software'.
