Dawson: The acquisition of Nexus is a significant strategic step.

Dimension Data today announced it has acquired California-based enterprise solutions provider Nexus for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 2004, Nexus is privately-owned, with industry specialisations in education, retail, hospitality and healthcare.

The acquisition expands Dimension Data's US operations by 40%.
