The eLifestyle application will be rolled out to all Address Hotels and Resorts.

Emaar Hospitality Group is set to roll out an iPad-based guest services application to its Address Hotel and Resort chain.

The ‘eLifestyle' application will be based on in-room iPads, which will enable guests to contact departments such as concierge, room service, laundry and engineering from within the hotel.

Guests will be able to make bookings for restaurants within the hotel, along with spa appointments, golf lessons and tee times, and cinema tickets from the application. The application will also include information and booking for other Emaar attractions such as Dubai Aquarium and the Burj Khalifa viewing deck.

eLifestyle also features social media integration, which enables guests to find details of various restaurants and recreation options through Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and third-party travel and tourism websites such as TripAdvisor.com and Booking.com.

Philippe Zuber, chief operating officer, Emaar Hospitality Group, said: "Guest experience and satisfaction continues to be a top priority for The Address Hotels + Resorts. As the pioneers in concepts such as the 24-hour check-in system, and ‘Wi-Fi on-the-go' in our limousines, we aspire to provide our guests with world-class service standards that ensure that their stay is comfortable and seamless. The launch of the ‘eLifestyle' system is a testament to our efforts to remain at the forefront of the industry."
