New GM for Red Hat in META region
Fayçal Saile takes on general manager role for Red Hat
Red Hat has appointed a new general manager for the Middle East, Turkey and Africa region.
Fayçal Saile joins the company from Fujitsu, to take the lead for the open source software specialist.
Saile will be responsible for the overall direction and management of sales, business development and support operations. He will also play a key role in the development of Red Hat's ecosystem with partners, system integrators, alliances and distributors in the region.
Saile has over 16 years of experience in the IT sector, and has worked in several international markets. Alongside Fujitsu, Saile has also worked for Hewlett Packard.
Michel Isnard, vice president, Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa (META), Red Hat commented: "We're pleased to have a professional of Fayçal's background head our META operations and we expect him to lead the team in growing Red Hat's footprint in the region.
