Muasher: Bitdefender has the least impact on computer performance.

Bitdefender will demonstrate its antivirus solutions for both the consumer and business segments at GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK. Since 2001, the company has provided protection for around 400 million home and corporate users across the globe.

At this year’s edition of the region’s leading IT trade show, Bitdefender will focus on corporate solutions, including Bitdefender Business Solutions v3.6 and Security for Virtualized Environments, which provides protection for virtualised data centres.

“Bitdefender is today one of the industry’s most innovative and effective lines of internationally certified security software,” says Khalid Muasher, Business Development Manager, Bitdefender Middle East. “The countless awards we have received in the last two years are proof of our massive capabilities. With Bitdefender, regional customers will experience the best antivirus product on the market, both powerful and extremely fast.”

By appearing at GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK, Bitdefender hopes to draw regional customers’ attention to the vital issue of online protection and security.

“We want to make sure that every user is protected against malware and viruses, by the number one security software, as popularly recognised by many top certifiers and vendors,” continues Muasher. “We also want to focus on strategic alliances and new partners.”

The company sees its reseller network as a key asset as it seeks to grow market share. Bitdefender also proudly claims that its products’ impact on performance is the lowest among all major antivirus providers.
