STC: Saudi Arabian telco is keen to highlight its abilities as a service provider.

STC will return to GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK this year, bringing the message that it is among the largest telecom service providers in the Middle East region and the world. The company has operations in 11 countries, covering areas as diverse as mobile communication, fixed line telephony, broadband Internet, content, long haul backbone solutions, cloud based storage and digital solutions.

STC will be displaying its full range of solutions, directly or indirectly being offered through its own operations and subsidiaries.

In a statement, STC says it has consistently been an innovation leader in the region. STC vows that it will continue to be a leading adopter of technology and will continue informing its customers and the general populace about its latest solutions and offerings.

For STC, GITEX is an international forum that attracts a large, diverse audience from across the globe. STC seeks this year to introduce itself as the full scale service provider it has become over a number of years. STC will showcase its complete set of products, services and solutions to the diverse audience expected to attend the show.

The company says it is the largest telecom operator in the region. In addition to its subscriber and revenue numbers, STC has striven to be amongst the first few to introduce the latest technologies and market trends into the region. This includes technologies such as 4G LTE and FTTH. Other than that, it can count more than 178 million subscribers, a strong network of submarine cables in the region and the broadest category of solutions for enterprises.
