SEC selects Cognizant to boost customer service
Consultancy firm Cognizant will build billing and revenue system based on SAP
Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) has appointed IT and business consultancy Cognizant, to help improve its customer service processes.
Cognizant will develop a comprehensive billing and revenue management solution based on SAP Utilities enterprise software, with the aim of enhancing the agility, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency of SEC's customer service operations.
Cognizant will also leverage its consulting and program management capabilities to enable SEC to address the transitional, communications, governance, and behavioural aspects of change management.
