Luxury retailer launches PG Connect unified communications platform to connect stores
Luxury retailer Paris Gallery has launched a new integrated unified communications system, which will enable better communications among its employees and improve customer services.
The PG Connect solution was developed by the retailer along with Avaya and Eutech Cybernetic, to bring a multi-functional communications network to connect employees, franchisees and stakeholders.
The PG Connect platform, which is based on Eutech's iViva Smart Workplace and Avaya's unified communications solutions, includes video, web conferencing and collaboration solutions. Avaya One-X Mobile will enable access to the system through mobile devices including phones and tablets.
The system will be used for communications across the network of stores, as well as delivering staff product knowledge and training, and enhancing customer service experience as staff will be able to get instant access to product information.
