Sophos has announced the appointment of Bill Lucchini as the general manager of Sophos Cloud, the company's new Cloud business unit.

Lucchini will be based in the company's North American headquarters in Boston, and will report to Sophos CEO Kris Hagerman.

According to Sophos, Lucchini will be responsible for driving the company's cloud strategy, a key strategic priority.
