DISTREE EMEA partners with Context
DISTREE teams up with international channel tracking specialist
DISTREE EMEA has announced a new partnership with international IT research company Context. The agreement will see Context and DISTREE EMEA collaborate to produce new in-depth research on channel conditions across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
A new ChannelWatch Western Europe report will examine market conditions in mature markets, canvassing the opinions of resellers and retailers across the region. Context and DISTREE have also agreed to launch a ChannelWatch Emerging Markets report that will focus on Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS, Middle East and Africa.
In addition, Context will also produce a dedicated ChannelWatch Retail and E-tail report, examining conditions in the EMEA retail channel and driving greater understanding of retailer relationships with distributors and vendors.
DISTREE says it will feature an expanded delegate base of retailers and e-tailers that includes major players from the main European markets, plus a strong contingent from emerging markets including North Africa and Eastern Europe.

Context will moderate the European Distributor Summit that takes place within the DISTREE EMEA 2013 conference programme. The session will include a series of presentations and panel discussions focused on strategic channel issues in the EMEA region.
