Mobily readies Makkah for Hajj pilgrim services
Mobily conducts site inspections, upgrades to meet growing demand for voice and data services during Hajj
Etihad Etisalat Mobily has completed preparations to serve pilgrims undertaking Hajj.
The operator said it has carried out a wide range of site inspections and upgrades to ensure quality of services for pilgrims in the central areas of Makkah, Al Madinah and the holy sites. Mobily has conducted site inspections of all of its infrastructure, along with upgrades, to ensure that its fibre optics, international circuits and fixed and mobile towers are able to meet growing demand for voice and data services during Hajj season
The huge infrastructure that Mobily have invested in many regions including Makkah and Al Madinah will boost the company operations to provide reliable services to pilgrim," said Mobily's CEO Khalid Bin Omar Al Kaf.
In addition to its network preparations, Mobily has allocated many outlets and points of sales in many international airports, Mawaqeet and central areas surrounding the Holy Mosques in Makkah and Al Madinah.
