Berner says help AG is confident that its security solutions will be greatly enhanced with this alliance.

help AG, a strategic information security SI, has signed a partnership with Verdasys, a provider of enterprise information protection (EIP) solutions.

Under the accord, help AG will provide EIP solutions from Verdasys to clients across the Middle East. In addition, help AG says through this new partnership it'stargeting to raise the bar for EIP solutions in market.
