Etisalat names new chief procurement officer
Etisalat has named Obaid Bokisha as its new group chief procurement officer for international markets.

Etisalat Group appointed Obaid Bokisha as chief procurement officer for international markets.

Bokisha, who was previously senior vice president for mobile networks at Etisalat, will be in charge of all major contracts and agreements for the group across all of its regional and global markets.

Etisalat said that the appointment would support its "strategic business directions" across its footprint.

Bokisha graduated in 1998 from Etisalat College of Engineering with a degree in communications engineering. He has been the senior vice president for mobile networks for past three years. Bokisha began his career with Etisalat in as an engineer for GSM planning.
