Du acknowledged: Best mobile broadband network,MEA
Du's mobile network has shone above others in the MEA region.

Du has been acknowledged as the best overall mobile broadband network of Africa and the Middle East regions, according to a study done by ARCchart, an independent research and consultancy firm that focuses on the wireless communication sector. ARCchart's study used a carrier performance matrix to determine the best performance over four metrics. Of all the carriers tested in the MEA region, Du had the best data speed and latency measurements. These tests were conducted using a specialised smartphone application.

Osman Sultan, CEO, Du, said: "We are proud of our network achievements to date, and the recent announcement by ARCchart is an endorsement that we are moving in the right direction to give our customers a superior mobile broadband experience. This is a significant recognition for us, considering that many carriers are aggressively investing in networks which can consistently and reliably deliver robust data performance to their customers."

"From day one we knew that mobile broadband would grow to become the essence of our customers' lives and a vital part of our core offerings. We have invested heavily in providing the best possible experience to our customers, so that they can enjoy seamless online interactions no matter where they are - at home, in the office, or on the go," concluded Sultan.
