CR2 to provide mobile and internet banking solutions to ELBank

ELBank selects CR2 banking solutions
ELBank customers will be able to access mobile and internet banking through the CR2 systems.

Emirates Lebanon Bank (ELBank), has announced that it will deploy banking solutions from CR2.

The bank, which is run in partnership by the Bank of Sharjah, UAE and BNP Paribas, will roll out CR2's BankWorld Mobile and Internet Banking solution.

ELBank services the corporate and private banking segments. The solutions were selected to strengthen ELBank's operations and improve the level of service provided to its customers while managing the bank's mobile and internet channel from a single platform.

With the new solutions in place, ELBank customers will have access to new mobile and internet banking services. The service will include facilities access account information, delegate tasks to Relationship Managers, receive or send short messages to authorise payments and transfer funds between accounts directly from a mobile handset, tablets or any device with internet access.
