Brocade expands team to leverage regional growth

New appointments to play key role in channel centric approach to business development

In a move aimed at further strengthening its position in the Middle East region, Brocade has announced the addition of several industry veterans to its regional sales team.

The networking solutions vendor has appointed Sufian Dweik, as the regional manager for MENA. Dweik will oversee all aspects of sales management including product education, sales training and strategy development to ensure the company's continued growth the region.

Brocade also revealed that Khaled Kamel, is the new channel territory manager for MENA and will lead the adoption of a highly channel-driven business strategy, involving in-depth analysis of market trends in order to increase the performance of existing channel partners and to identify new ones for Brocade's growing business.

Abdul Rehman joins Brocade as a technical account manager focusing on the channel business in MENA. Rehman's role will see him play a pivotal role with channel enablement, identifying new partners and ensuring they are equipped with the tools necessary to sell Brocade's portfolio of network solutions.
