ESET seals distribution alliance with Bulwark
Agreement authorises Bulwark to promote ESET’s in the Middle East
ESET Middle East, an IT security solutions vendor, has teamed up with Bulwark Technologies, a regional VAD specialising in IT security solutions in a move that will see the distributor fulfil the growing demand for security solutions in the SMB and corporate sector.
Under the agreement, Bulwark will market, sell and support ESET's anti-virus software ESET NOD32 Antivirus and ESET Smart Security solutions through its reseller network in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Yemen. ESET NOD32 Antivirus 5 utilises multiple layers of detection and unique cloud technology to block all potential threats. It has a very small footprint needing minimal resource utilisation, taking up limited space on the user's computer and allowing for faster performance.
Aji Joseph, general manager, ESET Middle East commented: "We are excited about this partnership with Bulwark for it allows us to penetrate further the markets in the region and reach out to a new breadth of customers. We chose Bulwark as it is well-positioned to serve the needs of end-users through its extensive reseller network and decade long expertise as a value-added distributor of IT security products."
"ESET has been seeing the increase in demand for best-of-breed security solutions by enterprises. And Bulwark already has an established customer base in the corporate and SME segment, which we would like to leverage through this synergy", Joseph added.
"It is essential for government entities and enterprises to have the most optimal ant-virus solution to protect their networks without any compromise to data security. By signing up with ESET, we are happy that we can provide end-users with access to a comprehensive state of the art security solution to counter potential virus threats," said Jose Thomas, managing director, Bulwark technologies. "We look forward to a fruitful relationship with ESET, bringing the best of benefits to our reseller community and the clients".
