Abu Dhabi Motors launches BlackBerry app
New app is designed to allow customers to view cars for sale, staff contact details
Abu Dhabi Motors has launched a BlackBerry application for its BMW customers, which is designed to offer customers the ability view Abu Dhabi Motors products, services and contacts at the click of a button.
The application features location maps for BMW showrooms, and contact information of all staff members. It also features a catalogue function, which allows the user to browse through Abu Dhabi Motors' complete product range of all cars available at the showrooms, including the BMW Premium Selection, BMW's pre-owned car programme, and BMW Accessories.
"The UAE has one of the highest ratios of mobile phones per person in the world, and smartphones especially have become an essential part of everyday life here," said Arno Husselmann, general manager at Abu Dhabi Motors. "We always aim to be where our customers are, in order to make their interaction with us as convenient for them as possible, which is why we have now launched this Blackberry application to complement the iPhone and iPad application we launched earlier this year. We are also looking into ways to connect with customers using other smartphone models in the near future."
The application also enables users to receive updates on events and promotions, BMW performance-enhancing packages, as well as detailed descriptions of BMW Group after sales packages such as the BMW Service Inclusive Ultimate package.
