Agreement aims to spread Dubai Courts’ experience in developing and creating effective judiciary e-solutions
Dubai Courts and Middle Eastern IT and electronic solutions company, have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding at GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK.
The purpose of this MOU is to spread Dubai Courts experience in judicial information technology systems developed to provide clients with advanced electronic services.
“We are so proud to sign this MOU with one of the most vital state organisations. We promise to work together to fulfill the desired goals of Dubai Courts in line with its strategy that focuses largely on offering the best and most modern services for clients,” said Thani Alzaffin, director general and board member of emaratech.
Dr Bin Hazim director general of Dubai Courts says that Dubai Courts has been working on developing and improving the integrated electronic system, which is designed to support the judicial system, for over 15 years.
Dubai Courts has relied on the experience of its own qualified and highly-trained IT experts to ensure that its e-system is in line with international system standards and keeps up with the rapid development in the IT realm.
Dubai Courts, in collaboration with emaratech, is working on a feasibility study, which will help spread its experience in the application of modern technologies in the judicial business and this will be shared with other judicial organisations inside and outside the UAE, according to Dr Ahmed Bin Hazim.
Dr Bin Hazim said that the project will turn Dubai Courts to a technical and advisory centre for all beneficiaries and stakeholders of such technologies and that the feasibility study will enhance customers’ confidence in the judicial system at the Emirate level.
“The remarkable development of emaratech and the trust we gained from our clients require us to continuously work harder to reach the best contemporary technological solutions to meet the challenges and economic and service development in the UAE and the whole region at large,” said Al Zaffin.
