Storage enthusiasts will find plenty to gawk at this year thanks to Transcend Information. The Taiwan-based company is promoting a wide selection of USB3.0 storage products and memory.

The firm has developed and produced a range of rugged hard drives that are shock-proof, slip resistant and meet U.S. military drop shock standards.

The crowning glory at its booth this year is the formidable StoreJet 25M3 USB3.0 portable hard drive, which combines the advantage of Transcend’s shockproof StoreJet M series and the next-generation SuperSpeed transfer performance offered by USB3.0 technology.

“The StoreJet 25M3 is a very rugged drive, as it features an advanced dual-stage shock absorbing design that combines inner suspension technology with an extra-durable dampening silicone outer shell. It is tough enough to protect your data from accidental falls during travel. It also comes with a convenient OneTouch backup button and a wealth of useful data-management tools that make transporting your data easier than ever,” says Roy Lee, Middle East Country Manager, Transcend Information.

According to Transcend the StoreJet 25M3 allows users to enjoy blazing fast real-world transfer speeds up to 90MB/s and the highest level of anti-shock protection, which is said to ensure your data is safe when you’re on the go. The drive is available in capacities of 500GB, 640GB, 750GB and 1TB. Transcend Information was founded in 1988 by Chung-Won (Peter) Shu.
