TechFaith is showing its faith in the trade show by making a return appearance with products that are said to be more innovative than ever.

Deyou Dong, Chief Operating Officer and President of TechFaith, says: “GITEX was a big success for us last year in targeting the Middle East market. We are returning this year with a strong line-up of existing and new mobile phone models. We are also excited to showcase our gaming business given the substantial progress achieved in the last year. GITEX has proven to be a highly productive way for us to reach and build relationships with key customers in the region.”

The company has a distinct focus on mobile products and it is using its floor space to promote products such as the ‘Titan’. The Titan smartphone packs a 3.5-inch capacitive touch screen that is said to be both water and shock resistant. Also in the same category is the company’s ‘Tracker’ handheld, which packs a 4.3-inch capacitive touch screen and sports business-friendly exterior looks. The company is making the most noise about another device known as the Q-phone, however. This particular device features a large 4.8-inch capacitive screen and is thus also functional as a tablet.

The firm is also showing off its T-PAD tablet. The device is said to be compatible with networks that rely on the evolution data optimised (EVDO) protocol.
