Kodak has sold its first high speed scanner in the Middle East in Saudi Arabia

Kodak is pleased to announce the first installation of its IBML scanning solutions technology at Metrofile in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Elias Mouchantaf, Document Imaging Sales Manager comments: "For too long the Middle East has been seen as a market for low end scanners whereas it should be a strong market for Scanners above 350 pages per minute too.

"We are investing heavily in service in the region to enable our partners to take advantage of the fastest scanning on earth as in other markets," he added. "Kodak sees particular potential in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia here and is delighted that the first sale has taken place here."
