AVAYA, A leader in enterprise communications systems, is to focus on a suite of new products and services based on the Avaya Flare solution, at this year’s GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK.
These new products are designed to support collaboration across video, voice and data.
The Avaya Flare experience brings the power of Avaya Aura to the user, which is based on an open, SIP-based architecture that makes video calls and conferencing as easy as making a telephone call by using the same platform for both with no requirement for an overlay network, according to the company. “GITEX is an excellent location for us to reach out to customers and partners. In addition to seeking new customer leads, it also proves a great forum to interact directly with customers and partners, and to examine their evolving collaboration needs,” says Nidal Abou-Ltaif, Vice President, Emerging Markets, Avaya.
Abou-Ltaif says that Avaya has been participating at GITEX for the past seven years, and this year the company has plans to announce new products in collaboration and video conferencing. “We will also be discussing and showcasing innovative technologies for tracking social media for contact centres. Our combined expertise, technology, channel base and resources to produce an expanded go-to-market strategy will continue to serve large enterprises, mid-size enterprises, and small businesses across the region,” he continues.
Avaya offers business communications solutions including unified communications, contact centre applications, and data networking solutions. Avaya’s focus is on sectors including financial, telecommunications, government, and hospitality.
