Samsung introduces 3D LED HDTV monitors in region
Monitors feature TV tuner capability, can be used as social media hub, computer monitor
Samsung has introduced the 950 Series 3D LED HDTV monitors into the Middle East, the new monitor line-up features Samsung's proprietary 3D technology, TV tuner capability and a new asymmetrical design.
The Samsung 950 Series can be used as a computer monitor, a social media hub and as a TV and is designed to allow users to integrate their entertainment, work, gaming and computing activities in one place.
The monitors use Samsung's patented 3D Hyper Real Engine technology to convert 2D content to 3D and optimise colour, contrast and motion.
The monitors also feature Mega DCR and LED BLU technologies, designed to provide high definition picture quality with superior contrast, richer colours, deeper blacks and sharper images.

The Samsung 950 Series 3D LED HDTV monitors are designed to be compatible with 3D BD players, 3D game consoles, 3D digital cameras, 3D camcorders, computers and TVs. The new Smart Hub feature allows users to access various applications on their monitor without turning on their PC.
According to Samsung, the monitors refresh the screen at 120Hz, two times faster than a standard 2D monitor, while the Digital Noise Filter technology enhances the visibility of pictures by clearing out the noise from compressed low quality images.
The monitor also features a wide viewing angle of up to 170 degrees.
The monitors' connectivity options include AllShare, ConnectShare, Smart Hub and multiple input ports.
The Samsung AllShare allows users to share contents from various devices using DLNA technology. With the ConnectShare feature, users can connect their USB to the monitor and enjoy playback of video, music and photo files without turning on their PC, while the Samsung Smart Hub allows users to enjoy the Samsung Apps, Social TV, Search All and Your Video features.
The Samsung 950 Series 3D LED HDTV Monitors is available in 23-inch and 27-inch at all major electronic stores across the region.
