BenQ's new L-Series LED TV has been launched in the Middle East.

BenQ has launched its new L-Series LED TV in the Middle East, designed to offer customers in the region an exceptional home cinema viewing experience.

"Our new L-Series LED TV comes in a simple yet elegant design with its high-gloss, crystal black display. It is power-packed with industry-leading technologies, including a Reflection Defence Panel that reduces reflections caused by other light sources in the room and Senseye - a BenQ-exclusive lifelike digital image enhancement technology that delivers 28 independent colour calibrations. Together these two innovative features provide viewers with high definition visuals that are deeper, richer and truer to life while making the viewing experience more comfortable to the eyes," said general manager of BenQ for the Middle East and Africa, Manish Bakshi.

The L-Series LED TV is also designed to provide 27.3% more contrast in comparison to other TVs and the coating on the Reflection Defence Panel creates deeper blacks - enhancing the contrast performance of the L- Series.

The BenQ L-Series features SRS TruSurround HD technology through two built-in 8W speakers and a 10W subwoofer. The TV also features plug and play USB multimedia ports.

According to BenQ, the Motion Blur Free, Full HD 1080P L-Series LED TVs are also built on 10-bit VA LED panels and feature BenQ's 24P Real Cinema mode, built with the world's leading proprietary algorithmic chip. The BenQ L Series doubles the rate of frames per second from 60 to 120 - designed to eliminate motion lag and blurred shadows, while making fast action scenes smoother and more lifelike.

The BenQ L-Series has a smart on/off feature that allows users to use the TV as an alarm clock.
