Motorola Xoom hits Middle East market
Motorola's Xoom tablet will go on sale across teh GCC from 7th May.

The Motorols Xoom tablet device with Wi-Fi will be available in the GCC from 7th May from Axiom Telecom stores for $735.

Raed Hafez, general manager for Motorola Mobility Middle East, the Motorola Xoom in an innovative device and is the first tablet to be released that used the Android Honeycomb operating system.

The device features a 10.1-inch HD screen, a dual-core processor and 1 GB of RAM.

The Motorola Xoom is designed to deliver a fast web-browsing performance and features Google Maps 5.0 with 3D interaction and a user menu which supports Arabic, aimed at the Middle East consumer.

The Motorola Xoom also supports Adobe Flash Player 10.2 beta downloadable from Android Market.
