Mahindra Satyam adds Appnomic to management platform
Deal will allow Mahindra Satyam to embed automation in services management platform
Mahindra Satyam, has selected Appnomic Systems to provide automation capabilities for its services management platform.
Appnomic will provide its OppsOne IT process automation solution, which will be embedded in Mahindra Satyam's Unified Service Management Platform.
USMP is Mahindra Satyam's unique platform for delivering IT infrastructure outsourcing services. The addition of Appnomic's technologies will give the platform greater automation and features such as integrated visual designer, document management, script repository, and fine grained SLA reports.
Appnomic OpsOne enables repeatable processes and predictable outcomes for IT infrastructure service providers by automating IT processes in multi-tenant environments. IT process automation features of OpsOne will help Mahindra Satyam lower its cost of delivery, reduce errors that happen due to manual interventions and improve productivity of service delivery teams.
