Panasonic to open eco-friendly store in Dubai
Customer Care Centre will use green materials for furnishings, will be paper free
Panasonic Middle East has opened the region's first eco-friendly Customer Care Centre in association with Techserve, part of the Al-Futtaim group.
The new centre is located at the Panasonic Al-Futtaim showroom in Dubai and forms part of Panasonic's drive to become the top green innovation company in the electronics industry in the Middle East.
The new eco-friendly centre will act as a collection point for all Panasonic digital products.
"We are proud to be working with Al-Futtaim's Techserve, to give our customers the region's first eco Customer Care Centre, which we hope will inspire a green lifestyle," said Seiji Koyanagi, managing director of Panasonic Marketing Middle East.
The Customer Care Centre will use eco-friendly products for its furnishings and décor; used bottles will form part of the walls. The walls will also be covered with natural bleached coir.

This facility will also serve to encourage Panasonic employees and our customers to lead conservation efforts in cooperation with the local communities," said Koyanagi.
The Customer Centre will also be completely paperless and use Panasonic's eco-friendly product range such as its eco-navi air conditioners and solar powered energy saving LED lamps.
