Eskadenia Software gains CMMI Level 3 certificate
Company was awarded certification for development by Software Engineering Institute in USA
Eskadenia Software has reached Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) certification at Level 3 for all its software development departments.
The CMMI certification for development is issued awarded by the Software Engineering Institute in the USA and is considered by software developers to be one of the most widely accepted and adopted process improvement approaches worldwide.
"We are very pleased to have achieved this target of attaining the CMMI Level 3 certificate. The company played a role on multiple levels for a period of 14 months to make this happen for its customers and current projects, it has mobilised the largest possible numbers of human resources, process and departments to be involved. I would like to thank The Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan - Intaj and USAID Jordan Economic Development Programme, for their continuous support to Jordan's ICT sector to achieve its growth and global competitiveness; I would also like to extend a special thanks to Ghassan Rassoul and Ruba Al-Jayyousi from Eskadenia Software for their sincere support and guidance in this project," said Eskadenia managing partner Doha Abdelkhaleq.
The CMMI certification ensures that software companies are up-to-date and aware of the latest industry best practices for both product and service development and maintenance.
The new certification now means that the company will be able to use what they have learnt to ensure a high quality of software through following stringent internal and external processes and standards. They will also be able to develop efficient project costing and on time delivery for all of its projects.
