Axiom begins 1-Hour Express Service of BlackBerry
One hour service is exclusively for phones bought at Axiom stores
Mobile and smartphone retailer Axiom Telecom has introduced a new 1-Hour Express Service for BlackBerry smartphones.
Customers who purchase a BlackBerry from Axiom stores will now be able to have their handsets repaired within an hour or have it replaced by the company.
"Providing differentiated and convenient services to our customers is at the heart of Axiom's customer service promise. Extending that philosophy, we have introduced this unique repair program which is an addition to the many value-added services we offer customers," said Faisal Al Bannai, CEO, Axiom Telecom.
For BlackBerry phones bought at other retailers, but still under the BlackBerry warranty, the handset will be fixed within 24 hours or it will be replaced.
The repair service is available to customers who have purchased a BlackBerry smartphone in the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain on or after January 21, 2011. The new express service does not cover non-warranty phones or units bought before January 21, 2011.
The Express service repair program is applicable only to customers visiting the Axiom authorised service centre or service point and is not applicable for customers who have given their handsets to a collection point or courier services.
The service is only available to customers during normal Axiom working hours and does not cover non-warranty repairs, drop damage or liquid damage.
