GoNabit is first UAE website to attain TRUSTe seal
Certification provides site users with knowledge site is secure for monetary transactions
Group buying site GoNabit.com, has become the first e-commerce website in the Middle East to get the TRUSTe Web Privacy Seal.
GoNabit's adoption of the TRUSTe certification as well as their proprietary Customer Charter shows the company's determination to uphold transparency, accountability and consumer choice, the foundations of online privacy, according to TRUSTe.
GoNabit has joined the ranks of e-commerce websites such as ebay, PayPal, Yahoo, Monster, Facebook, and WedMD in using the TRUSTe privacy seal.
TRUSTe only awards its Web Privacy Seal to companies that complete TRUSTe certification, submit to ongoing site monitoring, and participate in TRUSTe's consumer privacy dispute resolution programme.
GoNabit has recently introduced a Customer Charter, which formalises their consumer data protection policies and anti-spam best practices.

The Charter states GoNabit's commitment to use customer data only as stated and agreed with their registered members, to protect this data and only send emails to people who have opted-in to receive them. According to TRUSTe, GoNabit has also designed the user unsubscribe process to be simple and easily accessible and the site will also provide proof of email opt-in at the customer's request.
