Trend Micro EMEA posts profit increase
Company’s 2009 turnover was $209.3 million, a year-on-year increase of 109%
Trend Micro EMEA has realised a turnover of $209.3 million over the last 12 months. This represents a three-fold increase in profits and a year-on-year increase of 109%, according to the company's accounts from 31-12-2009.
According to Trend Micro, the company has continued to grow in both the scale of services delivered and geographical scope through the introduction of new products, driving new acquisitions, and increasing staff.

Trend Micro EMEA Limited's management is set to continue to make strategic investments in people to enable increases in both revenue and profit.
The entire Trend Micro group has recorded a 500% increase in operating profits to $6.53 million and strong management of the company's investments has meant that the company has posted a 300% improvement in profits before tax of $23.4 million.
The Trend Micro group is planning to purchase more companies in 2010, including the acquisition of Humyo in the UK.
