Winning with virtualisation
GSS Infotech to invest in virtualisation technologyimplementations.
Managed IT services specialist GSS Infotech has revealed that it will be making investments in virtualisation technology, with a particular emphasis on servers, storage and desktop implementations.
The firm will show visitors to its stand at GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK how these initiatives have the potential to considerably reduce IT costs and make deployments more flexible. It will also explain how these new developments can make smaller organisations like SMEs more competitive and able to deliver more extensive services than their existing footprint might suggest.
“By joining forces with VMware, Microsoft, Dell, F5, NetApp and Liquidware Labs and other renowned brands, GSS provides cutting-edge solutions to customers that are simpler and cost effective. This announcement marks a milestone in the history of GSS’s global business programme that will dramatically enable organisations to save millions of dollars and simplify the daily way of working,” says Abdul Qadeer, COO for the Middle East and Africa at GSS Infotech.
GSS’s impressive track record includes more than 40 of the companies on Forbe’s Fortune 500 list, as well as many of the GCC’s best known enterprises. Its newest offerings include “Desktop as a Service Private Cloud”, which aims to speed up the introduction of new applications.
