IT Giant HP is returning to GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK with a presence from its three core operational divisions
IT Giant HP is returning to GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK with a presence from its three core operational divisions.
Mohamad Itani, Head of Operations and Interim Managing Director at HP Middle East, says that GITEX reflects HP’s own approach to technology.
“HP technology embodies GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK’s celebration of empowering, connecting, educating and entertaining through a collection of products and services that give consumers the tools they need to work hard, play hard and discover life without limits,” comments Itani.
The company will focus on creating a strong presence at GITEX Shopper to promote its wide range of consumer hardware solutions, while GITEX will see important coverage from three of the company’s core divisions.
HP Enterprise Business (EB) will present the latest HP ProLiant G7 servers, which will be available in the region by October. HP ProLiant servers are part of the HP Converged Infrastructure portfolio, which integrates servers, storage, network devices and facility resources into a common environment.
For HP’s Imaging and Printing Group (IPG), GITEX will see the Middle East debut of its ePrint Platform printers, while its Personal Systems Group (PSG), will be showing off its latest products which mix high-tech and high-fashion, product lines designed to deliver high performance, superior sound, 3D capabilities and improved mobility.
“Without doubt GITEX is a key event for HP Middle East,” says Itani. “As one of the key players in various product categories from networking, storage and servers to commercial and consumer PCs and all-in-one printers, GITEX is an ideal platform to meet with our customers and demonstrate our latest products and solutions. It’s also a great forum to know more about industry trends, changes and challenges facing our customers, new growth markets, and so on,” he finishes.
