Sony PSPGo owners in the Middle East can download popular games for free as part of a special promotion announced by Sony Gulf.

Starting June 9th, new PSPgo users can download ten pre-selected titles that are worth AED 1,000 collectively from the PlayStation Store, but only for a limited time.

The promotion is also extended to anyone who bought a PSPgo after April 1, 2010.

The games on offer include Assassins Creed: Bloodlines, Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier, Gran Turismo, James Cameron's AVATAR: The Game,  LittleBigPlanet, MotorStorm Arctic Edge, Need For Speed SHIFT, Pursuit Force: Extreme Justice, The 2010 FIFA World Cup and WipEout Pure.

Sony launched the pocket-sized PSPgo in 2009, which sports a 3.8" LCD screen and comes with 16GB of in-built memory.
