Avaya has expanded its go-to-market strategy to serve all levels of customers across the region, says Hani.

Avaya is undertaking a Middle East roadshow, to showcase the capabilities of the ‘New Avaya'.

The event is highlighting the new additions to Avaya's portfolio from the acquisition of Nortel Enterprise Solutions in December, along with other new developments by the IP communications specialist.

The CIO-targeted event includes product roadmaps in the unified communications and contact centre spheres, along with Avaya's Data Solutions road map which focuses on the advantages of Always-On reliability, network efficiency and scalability. The roadshow also highlights Avaya Aura, a new IP communications platform which will allow the integration of a wide range of IP-based solutions from multiple vendors, with integrated functionality and management features.

Speaking at the Jeddah leg of the event, which took place this week, Fadi Hani, managing director for Avaya in Saudi Arabia said: "The integrated roadmap we are sharing with our customers today supports Avaya's commitment to providing businesses with advanced communications capabilities they need to manage and grow their organizations. We have combined our expertise, technology, channel base and resources to produce an expanded go-to-market strategy that will continue to serve large enterprises, mid-size enterprises, and small and medium businesses across the region. Our customers can expect nothing but consistency and innovation from the new Avaya."

The roadshow will continue to Bahrain, on 26th April, before visiting Kuwait on 28th April and Egypt on 3rd May.
