GITEX KSA back for ninth time
GITEX KSA 2010 to be held in Riyadh
Riyadh Exhibitions Company is set to hold the ninth edition of GITEX KSA event in Riyadh at the end of March.
The event, an annual showcase of the ICT industry, aims to build on the ongoing growth of IT markets in the kingdom.
The Saudi IT market is predicted to reach an annual worth of SAR 18.1 billion ($4.8 bn) by 2013, with a 7% CAGR in hardware sales and a 9% CAGR in services revenues. Sales of PCs, notebook computers and IT accessories generated SAR 7.125 billion ($1.9 bn) in 2009, with IT services reaching SAR 3.75 billion ($1 bn).
The show, which runs from 25th to 29th April, will run alongside of the Saudi Communications 2010 event.
